We own a large purpose built factory based in Birtley, Tyne & Wear, giving a total manufacturing area in excess of 10500sq.ft.  Which is the largest sign manufacturing unit north of Birmingham.

The new purpose built unit is dedicated to producing high quality products covering a vast area in the signage market. sometimes involving individual letters providing bespoke signs to meet our customers needs. We have capabilities to produce fabricated signs from many substrates including Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Timber and Acrylics to a very high standard. The use of Neon and L.E.D illumination in signage helps to create a bright vibrant sign which can be seen both day and night. The units can be produced to create an illuminated image around lettering or inside boxes with fascias. With this type of signage the customer has maximum visibility at all times.

Totems

Totems are widely used by sites with multiple locations/companies all situated on one site. They can be used in conjunction with site maps and directional instructions to ensure visitors to site are fully aware of locations. Totem signs are commonly used on the entrance to business parks/industrial estates to supply a list of companies on site. These are usually in a prominent position and can be easily viewed by passing traffic. Some clients have used the Totem system to act as a corporate welcome to their premises.  We also offer the service of obtaining the relevant planning needs, we have a very good relationship with councils across the area. This service is charged at the rate of cost + 10%, a minimal charge to cover admin fees.

Digital

In 2006, we expanded our capabilities with supplying digital graphics with the introduction of our  wide format digital printer. The introduction of digital technology has enabled us to offer a wider range of products. Our products our widely used in railway stations, bus depots, airports etc.

Working with the likes of Biffa, Home housing, SAFC to name but a few grade A Customers, we have been able to raise image and awareness throughout the group. We have been involved in the refurbishment of their signage nationwide including external, internal, window dressing and point of sale. We have been able to offer them new innovative ideas to enhance their image. Our new wide format digital printing machine has helped to improve window dressing. Overall, the project has been well co-ordinated with ourselves and the clients to achieve a very high standard of signage.

Access Platforms

In 2006 we purchased our first access unit, after realising the potential of work related contracts we have purchased a second unit, both of which are van and lorry mounted, giving us the benefit of drive to and from sites easly throughout the UK. Due to purchasing our own vehicles, this makes it much easier and cheaper for us to complete works, without having to pass the charges onto you, the customer.

Both of the vehicles our operated by IPAF approved operators, and both units have the full LOLER LICENCES.
